Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Little Bird, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the Little Bird iPhone app and its Apple Watch companion.

Not a medical or safety device

Little Bird helps you notice when your baby may be crying. It does not diagnose, monitor vital signs, prevent harm, or guarantee detection of every sound. Detection can be affected by background noise, distance, volume, device settings, and other factors. Never use Little Bird as your only means of supervising a child.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your device charged, unmuted where appropriate, and within range.
• Confirm alerts are working before relying on them, and heed the app's “are you covered?” checks.
• Continue to supervise your child directly; treat Little Bird only as an extra set of ears.

License

Little Bird grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

Purchases

Little Bird is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Pricing is shown on the App Store and may vary by region; all purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's refund and billing policies.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Little Bird is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Bird and its makers are not liable for any missed alert, false alarm, or any direct, indirect, or consequential harm arising from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
